Waffles

 a nice and crispy waffle to be try .happy trying !!😁😁

ingredients

1) 2 eggs,separated

2) 2 tbsp vegetable oil

3) 175 ml milk                                              

4) 100g plain flour

5) 1 tsp baking powder

6) pinch of salt

7) 45 g caster sugar

8) icing sugar for dusting

Method

1) whisk the egg yolks with oil and milk

2) sift flour,baking powder and salt together into a bowl and stir in sugar .mix in liquid to give a smooth batter

3) in separated bowl ,whik the egg whiter till they form soft peaks ,then fold into the batter.

4) lightly oil a large waffle iron and preheated on the hob for 1-2 min

5) spoon about a quarter of mixture on the waffle iron and close it cook over a medium heat for2 min on each sides till crisp and golden brown .serve with icing sugar
